Whether it is for your own home or workplace, it's important for your and other persons health that these areas are free of mould and other contamination. Visible signs of mould may not be easily found however contamination may be extensive.
This contamination may not only affect your health but that of your employees or children and the longer you are exposed to it, the more permanent it may become.
Our assessors are certified for mould testing through the Australian College of environmental studies and IICRC training in relation to standards for professional mould remediation, they not only understand the requirements for testing but also the need for effective remediation and have practical experience in these areas.
Our assessors utilise the latest equipment and up-to-date techniques to not only identify any potential mould growth but also assist in determining the cause of the moisture. All mould air/samples are analysed by independent laboratories to ensure there is no bias within the results and the information you provided has been provided is accurate.
Visual Mould Inspections:
We start by visually inspecting your site for any visible signs mould growth, these may include water damage/stains, discoloration of walls or panels, musty odours.
We use specialised equipment to measure the humidity levels in your property including measuring external locations to set a benchmark for internal measurements.
Utilising our specialised equipment, we also measure the moisture content within walls, ceiling and slab. This is a critical step which also assists us in identifying the source of the moisture contamination affecting the premises. In the event we are unable to locate the causation for the moisture content we utilise specialised equipment they can see into walls in other areas to determine the serviceability of contained piping.
